Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority, and we welcome return requests for products that are unworn, undamaged, or defective within 5 days of receiving your order.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund of the product cost, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance expenses, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please be aware that refund or exchange requests cannot be accommodated after the 5th day. Additionally, a 3% restocking fee applies to credit card purchases. However, if you opt to exchange the item for another piece, no restocking fees will be charged.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@chavanajewelry.com to obtain a return authorization number. We will then provide you with the address for returning your purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping, handling, and insurance, and these expenses will not be reimbursed. It is essential to use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without valid proof of shipment with a tracking number.
